Teenage Inter Milan forward Mario Balotelli, who collapsed during Wednesday's Coppa Italia semi-final, has discharged himself from hospital in Genoa.
Balotelli fell to the ground and complained of respiratory problems just seconds after he had collided with a post during Inter's 3-0 first leg defeat at Sampdoria.
He was carried from the field on a stretcher and taken to hospital.
But hospital sources said they had wanted to keep the 18-year-old in overnight only for him to discharge himself and leave.
